CREAINJECT 90 is a one-component, solvent-free, polyurethane injection mortar ideal for crack injection / water stains in concrete and masonry structures. Reaction with water creates a semi-rigid polyurethane foam.

Application Areas

• To stop water leaks in underground structures, to fill gaps containing water.
• Crack injection in concrete and masonry structures
• It can be used in a wide variety of structures such as tunnels and highways, HEPP and Dam projects, concrete pavements, underground galleries and foundations.

General Properties

• Resin and catalyst components can be mixed before injection and used as a single component.
• After injection, it reacts with water and the carbon dioxide gas (CO2) formed allows the foam to swell and penetrate into the cracks.
• Polyurethane foam has a semi-rigid structure.
• Easily adaptable by varying the reaction rate, the accelerator or catalyst content is between 6 and 10%.
